The old ALMI Electricity website, hosted on the “Jouwweb” platform, no longer meets the company’s technical requirements or modern web standards. Its outdated structure lacks responsiveness, suffers from weak SEO performance, and may pose security risks due to limited platform control. The site is also difficult to manage internally and lacks the flexibility needed to showcase services effectively especially in areas like industrial automation and project-based solutions.
To address these limitations, the website is being fully rebuilt on WordPress. The new site will deliver improved performance, mobile responsiveness, and enhanced backend flexibility allowing the client to manage content and updates more efficiently. Subtle animations and interactive elements are being implemented to bring the interface to life and improve user engagement, all while ensuring accessibility and performance best practices. Key improvements also include optimized SEO structure, scalable content blocks, and secure form handling. The new build supports ALMI’s evolving needs with a solid, foundation that’s built to last.
